A little bit about our founder
Laverne Major is a Female Empowerment Coach based in the United Kingdom. She is a careleaver, DV survivor and a single mum of three.
She now runs events, projects and businesses that focus on empowering women from all backgrounds, abilities and cultures.
Laverne set up her MMB empowerment business, 3 years ago alongside her existing Ann Summers business which she ran for 6 years.
Major Model Behaviour provides Empowerment Experiences for women who want to increase their body confidence and improve their self-esteem.
They deliver exciting and bespoke confidence-building experiences by a collective of professional industry experts.

Last year Laverne expanded with the support of a local University @UCB_MEDIAMAKEUP to set up her own Hair and Beauty Agency MISSION GLO.. made up of talented qualified HMUAS who want to gain work experience and empower themselves and others in the process!
The Agency is growing and the members and talent are phenomenal.

She also set up MMB ELITE which is a home for the talent that comes through our doors, she mentors, whilst MMB celebrity coaches train the MMB ELITE members to become more confident, and industry ready to secure paid work and top tier work experience opportunities within the creative industry as models, dancers and actors.

Some of my hobbies
Laverne is also a singer-songwriter and performs at live events in and around the Community. She's performing this year at the Big Commonwealth Games event in Birmingham at Victoria Square, Birmingham City Centre on August 6th 2024.
She'll be representing Jamaican Independence Day and the impact of Jamaican music and culture in Great Britain. She's also a Scout's assistant group leader and attends a weekly scout group with her children.
